You might realize that the purpose of your insignificance to some people may be because God seeks to manifest Himself in your life in such a large way that they notice Him and by seeing Him they see you as His vessel.
But God keeps promises even in the most dismal situations. Every day, I'm reminded of this truth, and I hope these verses in Zechariah uplift any part of your heart struggling to have hope! God promised Jesus would come, and He did...and the good news is He will again.
I pray that if you're unsure of how or when God will come around to bless you, I challenge you to think about what you're anticipating. He might have a plan that requires your trust and physical and momentary discomfort for a greater, godly reward. Remember, everything happens in its due time.
We can't ever lose sight of just how important our emotions are to God. He sees us. He sees all of us. The anecdote to all our pain and all our hurt is always Jesus. Let's thank God for the joy that comes from mourning and often in the morning.
